Registered Nurse
San Juan, Puerto Rico · Healthcare · $14.75-16/hr.Responsibilities:
- Completes initial patient interview; examines and analyzes data collected to identify unique needs, strengths, and limitations.
- Develops a comprehensive patient treatment plan while encouraging patient participation in treatment options.
- Discusses clinical situations and procedures with other members of the team in order to gather critical information for the development of treatment strategies.
- Assures that all patients at the clinic triage have had their blood pressure, pulse, and vital signs checked.
- Nursing bachelor's degree is required.
- Experience in phlebotomy.
- Understanding of the nursing process and proper administration procedures.
- Must be able to prioritize and focus interventions in accordance with the scope of practice established by the state.
- Minimun 2 years of nursing experience is required.
- Medication knowledge, drug interactions, side effects, incompatibilities, and all other issues relating to correct treatment.
- Diagnosis and pharmacological knowledge.
- Must have a valid Nursing license.
- Advanced English Level
