Responsibilities:
Completes initial patient interview; examines and analyzes data collected to identify unique needs, strengths, and limitations.
Develops a comprehensive patient treatment plan while encouraging patient participation in treatment options.
Discusses clinical situations and procedures with other members of the team in order to gather critical information for the development of treatment strategies.
Assures that all patients at the clinic triage have had their blood pressure, pulse, and vital signs checked.
Requirements:
Nursing bachelor's degree is required.
Experience in phlebotomy.
Understanding of the nursing process and proper administration procedures.
Must be able to prioritize and focus interventions in accordance with the scope of practice established by the state.
Minimun 2 years of nursing experience is required.
Medication knowledge, drug interactions, side effects, incompatibilities, and all other issues relating to correct treatment.
