Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a travel agent.
- Sales skills.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English)
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Knowledge of GDS systems such as SABRE or AMADEUS, preferred but not required.
- Ability to manage time and prioritize tasks.
Responsibilities:
- Assist customers by providing guidance regarding the trip packages with the designated zone.
- Creates, estimates, and reserves unique travel packages based on the client's interests and within the restrictions that the company offers.
- Registers and updates bookings for your clients in the database.
- Ensure that the company receives complete payment from the consumer.
- Create receipts and invoices for your sales in the Client Base system.
- Prepares and distributes your clients' vouchers or travel documents after payment is received.
- Handle all travel-related issues, including disputes, complaints, cancellations, and refunds.
