Oficinista de Facturación y Cobros (Temp to hire)

Responsibilities:
  • Manage company’s invoices to clients.
  • Prepare payments to suppliers.
  • Enter information about clients into the company's system.
  • Answer phone calls.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting
  • Experience processing electronic payments and invoices in an automated system.
  • Experience preparing checks for suppliers.
  • Experience in bank reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
