- Manage company’s invoices to clients.
- Prepare payments to suppliers.
- Enter information about clients into the company's system.
- Answer phone calls.
- Prepare bank reconciliation.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or associate's degree in accounting
- Experience processing electronic payments and invoices in an automated system.
- Experience preparing checks for suppliers.
- Experience in bank reconciliations.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
