Technical Support and Medical Applications Coordinator (Ultrasound Systems or PCS)

Requirements: 
  • Bachelor's degree in Health, Natural Science, Nursing, Ultrasound, Patient Care or related field.  
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare, patient care industry or similar roles.  
  • Intermediate knowledge in Microsoft Windows applications: Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Ability to participate in project management related to the implementation and upgrading of solutions.
  • Assist with equipment installation.
  • Experience in solving complex and technical situations.
  • Provide support to Service Technicians.
  • Perform quality tests on ultrasound or PCS equipment.
  •  Attention to detail verifying proper functionality and compliance with established standards of equipment.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date technical documentation and training materials.
  • Experience preparing reports and presentations.
  • Experience in Customer Service.
  • Collaborate with various departments ensure the effective integration of solutions.
  • Stay informed about the latest technologies and regulatory changes in the field.
  • Ability to make recommendations for updates and improvement if necessary.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in solving complex and technical situations.
  • Availability to work holidays, weekends and extended hours (if required). 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, with adequate understanding of English.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks.
