Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm. Open to working overtime and holidays as needed.
Position Summary: Responsible for Handle fraud claims for various financial products, including Credit Cards, Debit Cards, ATH, and accounts.

Requirements:

• 60+ approved university credits or bachelor's degree completed.
• Fully Bilingual (English & Spanish), advanced English proficiency
• Strong analytical skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in computer usage.
• Ensure all claims are processed within the specified time frame.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
