Previous experience in a customer service position.
Available to work office hours Monday-Friday.
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Preferable relevant experience in a similar role.
Requirements:
Minimum an Associate degree in Business Administration | Accounting | Finance or related.
Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
Bilingual (Spanish and English).
Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work agile and under pressure.
Strong attention to detail.
Abilities to multi-task and work independently.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
