Description:
  • Excellent customer service skills and professional projection.
  • Provide office receptionist services, including answering all phone calls and managing internal and external customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Strong verbal and telephone communication skills along with active listening.
  • Proficient in keyboard use.
  • Receive and greet all visitors in a professional and warm manner.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail skills.
  • Must be able to perform multiple tasks simultaneously. 
  • Ability to work in a dynamic or fast-paced environment.
  • Provide full admin support to the administrative department.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English). 
  • Experience in office work (filing; handling correspondence; records; digitize documents)
  • Previous experience in a customer service position.
  • Available to work office hours Monday-Friday. 
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Preferable relevant experience in a similar role.


Requirements:
  • Minimum an Associate degree in Business Administration | Accounting | Finance or related.
  • Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in a similar role.
  • Bilingual (Spanish and English). 
  • Good written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Able to work agile and under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail. 
  • Abilities to multi-task and work independently.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
