Requirements:
- Associate's degree from an accredited college or university.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in related fields.
- Knowledge and/or experience in medical terminology.
- Understanding of life and disability insurance policies, as well as proficiency with CPT and ICD 10 codes in medical terminology.
- Ability to analyze insurance and other related documents.
- Mastery of Microsoft Office: Word, Excel and Power Point.
- Must be customer service and problem solving oriented.
- Bilingual: Advanced level Spanish; Intermediate level English.
- Excellent analytical skills.
- Availability to work on weekends and holidays as well as during regular business hours.
