Receptionist (Temporary)

San Juan, PR · Customer Service · $11.25 per hour
Salary: $11.25 per hour

Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming calls, direct them to appropriate staff, and accurately record and relay messages.
  • Welcome visitors, maintain the guest log, and notify employees of arrivals.
  • Provide general front desk support, including handling incoming and outgoing mail and assisting with basic administrative tasks such as document preparation and data entry.
  • Support office operations by assisting with company activities, meetings, and internal coordination as needed.
  • Maintain front office organization, assist with office equipment and supplies, and help uphold company service standards, safety procedures, and workplace policies.

Requirements:
  • Associate degree in Office Administration or related field, or at least two years of college coursework.
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a similar administrative or front desk role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and maintain professionalism.
  • Availability to work Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm. 
  • Availability to work holidays, weekends, and extended hours if required.
