Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow relationships with hospitals and healthcare facilities within the assigned territory.
- Promote and sell ultrasound and other medical technology solutions by conducting product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand the company’s presence in the healthcare market.
- Maintain regular contact with existing and prospective clients through scheduled visits and follow-ups.
- Prepare sales proposals and quotations in accordance with company guidelines.
- Monitor sales activity, contribute to forecasts, and provide periodic reports on territory performance.
- Support clients before, during, and after equipment installation to ensure a positive customer experience.
- Participate in meetings, training sessions, and company or client events as required.
- Assist with general account management tasks, including collaboration with internal teams and support with outstanding customer matters when needed.
Requirements:
- At least two years of college studies in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in medical device, healthcare technology, or similar equipment sales within hospital environments.
- Valid driver’s license and availability to travel throughout Puerto Rico and occasionally outside the island.
- Strong customer service, communication, and presentation skills in Spanish; working proficiency in English preferred.
- Ability to build professional relationships, identify customer needs, negotiate effectively, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Flexibility to work varied schedules when business needs require.
