Administrative Assistant

San Juan, Puerto Rico · Administrative · $12.00/hr.

Responsibilities: 

  • Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
  • Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
  • Assist company's executive leaders. 
  • Coordinate meetings, book flight travels and reservations to hotels.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate-Advance level English (Written and verbally). 
  • Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretary or related fields. 
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position. 
  • Able to manage executive's agendas and coordinate travel arrangements. 
  • Attention to details. 
  • Knowledge in manage CRM (Customer Relations Management).
  • High level of skill in Microsoft Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Able to do multiple tasks at the same time. 
  • Availability to work holidays, weekends and extended hours.
