- Answer and respond to phone calls, communicate messages and information to the executive
- Prioritize emails and respond when necessary.
- Assist company's executive leaders.
- Coordinate meetings, book flight travels and reservations to hotels.
Requirements:
- Intermediate-Advance level English (Written and verbally).
- Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, Secretary or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position.
- Able to manage executive's agendas and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Attention to details.
- Knowledge in manage CRM (Customer Relations Management).
- High level of skill in Microsoft Windows (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Able to do multiple tasks at the same time.
- Availability to work holidays, weekends and extended hours.
