We are looking for a Mechanical Project Engineer who excels in team engagement, efficient material management, cost control and project execution.


Description:

• Collaborating with the sales team to prepare project designs and quotations.
• Reviewing technical documents and providing optimized options to clients.
• Acting as a direct liaison between manufacturers and the company.
• Determining project components, including materials, labor, and equipment.
• Providing specific installation instructions according to manufacturer and client agreements.
• Monitoring installation progress and ensuring compliance with approved plans.
• Evaluating materials, hours, and costs periodically to optimize project delivery.
• Conducting regular inspections to ensure safety and project scope adherence.
• Maintaining a positive, empathetic environment through team engagement and support.
• Ability to plan, coordinate, and optimize resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within the established budget.
• Actively attending project meetings and contributing to successful project execution.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and technical knowledge.
• Knowledge of administrative tasks and systems (e.g., Microsoft Office, Outlook).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (reading and writing).
• Strong organizational skills, integrity, and attention to detail.
• Logical reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions.
• Time management and multitasking abilities in dynamic environments.
