Responsibilities:

• Measure and analyze the established indicators to ensure compliance with procedures, services, regulations and the corresponding processing dates.
• Identifies opportunities for improvement and operational efficiency based mainly on the analysis and the results obtained from the measurements carried out.
• Periodically reports the results of the indicator measurements to Management to identify areas of opportunity and necessary changes in the processes.
• Maintains communication with managers and department personnel to ensure compliance with the indicators.
• Conducts meetings with the managers of the Department to discuss the results, opportunities, recommendations identified, results and learn about the action plan established by the Manager of the area for the solution and process improvements.
• Prepare and report results and recommendations reports, as required by Management.
• Documents the processes, policies, and procedures of the areas.
• Participate in continuous improvement projects and initiatives, as assigned.
• Serves as a link to the Quality department to ensure compliance with the development and review of operational procedures.

 
Requirements:

•  Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
• Three (3) years of experience at the exempt level in the insurance, banking, or manufacturing industries.
• Bilingual (Spanish and English). 
• Knowledge of the appropriate laws and regulations for the designated Business Unit.
• Understanding of typical industrial concepts and procedures.
• Comprehensive understanding of computer systems and keyboard handling.
• Knowledge in database management, statistical report production, and data analysis and presentation using computer systems.
• Ability to prioritize and work on many projects at the same time.
• Analytical aptitude refers to the capacity to describe issues, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
• Knowledge of quality fundamentals, the Continuous Improvement Process, and the Measurement System is preferred.
