Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 6-8 years of experience in the IT field, information security, governance, risk management.
- Bilingual Spanish and English.
- Experience with management frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, PCI, GLBA, HIPAA, COBIT.
- Knowledge of regulations like the GLBA, HIPAA, NIST, PCI, OCS, OCIF.
- Certifications such as Security+, CISA, CISM, CRISC, CDPSE or CISSP preferably.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to assess, analyze, and manage security risks, ensuring network security.
- Leadership in security projects.
- Knowledge in administering security tools such as firewalls, IPS/IDS, SIEM and ensuring their proper functioning.
- Implementation and monitoring of security policies.
- Create and conduct cybersecurity training programs.
- Experience preparing reports and recommendations and risk assessment.
- Analytical; organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Skill in identifying security incidents to ensure security services and maintain the availability of security service.
- Supporting the development, implementation, and management of the organization's governance, risk and compliance.
