Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration.
- Three (3) years of experience at the exempt level in the insurance, banking, or manufacturing industries.
- Bilingual (Spanish and English).
- Knowledge of the appropriate laws and regulations for the designated Business Unit.
- Understanding of typical industrial concepts and procedures.
- Comprehensive understanding of computer systems and keyboard handling.
- Knowledge in database management, statistical report production, and data analysis and presentation using Power BI and Excel.
- Ability to prioritize and work on many projects at the same time.
- Analytical aptitude refers to the capacity to describe issues, gather data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Knowledge of quality fundamentals, the Continuous Improvement Process, and the Measurement System is preferred.
