Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related area.
- At least 4 years of experience in commercial lines underwriting, including policy review, renewals, risk assessments, ISO manual use, and facultative reinsurance.
- Advanced skills in the use of computer systems.
- Must have the ability to analyze information, evaluate cases and make decisions.
- Ability to handle high volumes of work and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills in both Spanish and English.
