Requirements:
- At least 2 years of college-level education in Business Administration or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in sales of medical devices or patient care solutions.
- Valid Puerto Rico driver’s license.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish. Functional English proficiency.
- Strong customer service, time management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and manage multiple priorities.
- Availability to work extended hours, weekends, or holidays as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Plan weekly client visits and presentations to promote patient care products.
- Identify new sales opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Provide product demonstrations and technical support during the sales process.
- Prepare accurate quotes and follow up on open opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal teams and assist in account management.
- Submit weekly activity and sales reports.
- Support payment collection efforts and attend company events or meetings as required.
- Provide excellent service before, during, and after product installation.
