Compliance Analyst

Overview:

This role is responsible for tracking and reporting performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement, and supporting compliance with operational procedures and applicable regulations. The goal is to enhance internal processes and improve service quality within the Finance department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and evaluate performance metrics to ensure compliance with internal processes and service standards.
  • Analyze results and provide recommendations to improve workflows and customer service.
  • Share measurement results regularly with management to support informed decision-making.
  • Communicate with department leaders and team members to help achieve performance targets.
  • Compare baseline results with follow-up data to measure progress after implementing improvements.
  • Assist in planning and tracking action plans to ensure follow-through and completion.
  • Prepare reports summarizing findings, trends, and suggested improvements.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in assigned projects.
  • Coordinate with the quality department to review and update internal procedures.
  • Perform additional tasks or projects as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least three (3) years of exempt-level experience in finance, insurance, banking, or manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of business processes and industry practices.
  • Familiarity with local regulations applicable to the assigned business unit.
  • Proficient in using computer systems, including databases and reporting tools.
  • Ability to create statistical reports, analyze data, and present findings clearly.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of basic quality principles and continuous improvement methods is a plus.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong communication skills in both languages.
