Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Minimum of five (5) years of experience in marketing and underwriting of Health and Supplemental Benefits insurance products.
- Background working with Health, Life, and Disability insurance lines, with strong familiarity across multiple insurance products and business segments.
- Ability to review information, evaluate cases, and make sound decisions.
- Experience supporting commercial accounts through insurance sales, marketing, or client service.
- Strong interpersonal skills, customer focus, and ability to manage client interactions and resolve issues.
- Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, with the ability to read, write, speak, and deliver presentations in both languages.
