Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a portfolio of clients within the Pathology segment across the assigned territory.
- Promote, present, and sell histopathology products, equipment, and specialized solutions.
- Plan and conduct customer and prospect visits, including product demonstrations and technical-commercial presentations.
- Identify growth opportunities through market analysis and review of existing customer performance.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and performance goals.
- Prepare quotations, document activities in Salesforce, and follow up before, during, and after equipment installations.
- Provide technical training and application support as an Applications Specialist.
- Maintain effective communication with internal teams to align strategies and address customer needs.
- Participate in commercial events, training activities, and other duties related to the position.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Biology or a related field.
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in technical or commercial sales; minimum three (3) years of experience as a Histotechnologist will be considered.
- Valid Histotechnologist license.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable personal vehicle.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Proven presentation, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to analyze information, identify customer needs, and make sound decisions.
- Results-driven, well-organized, and capable of managing multiple priorities in fast-paced environments.
- Availability to travel within and outside Puerto Rico and to work flexible schedules as required.
- Working knowledge of Windows applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
