Responsibilities

Partner with the CIO to shape and execute the organization’s technology strategy and long-term roadmap.
Provide executive oversight to application development and architecture teams, ensuring alignment with business priorities.
Lead the management of the enterprise application portfolio, including enhancements, modernization initiatives, and lifecycle planning.
Establish performance metrics, KPIs, and reporting standards to monitor delivery effectiveness and service quality.
Drive continuous improvement of development methodologies, governance practices, and operational processes.
Ensure security principles are embedded throughout the application development lifecycle.
Oversee external vendors and technical consultants to ensure quality, compliance, and value delivery.
Collaborate with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with organizational objectives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with concentration in Information Systems or a related field.
Minimum of ten (10) years of progressive experience in Information Technology, including leadership of development, architecture, or technology consulting teams.
Strong strategic mindset with advanced analytical and problem-solving skills.
Deep technical knowledge in enterprise architecture, systems integration, and application development practices.
Demonstrated experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex environments.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the organization.
Proven ability to prioritize initiatives, drive execution, and make informed decisions.
Fully bilingual (English and Spanish).
