Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of local and federal employment laws applicable to Human Resources administration.
- Minimum of four (4) years of direct experience as an HR Generalist across multiple HR disciplines, including Employee Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Performance Management, and Recruitment.
- Ability to effectively communicate ideas and plans to employees and senior leadership.
- Professional Human Resources certification (PHR, SHRM-CP, or SHRM-SCP) preferred.
- Fully bilingual (Spanish and English).
